HW.003 Adult Exercise (Wednesdays)
Taught by Margaret Tlapek. 9-10 a.m. Wednesdays, Room 333.
Classes include aerobics to strengthen the heart, lungs and bone density, balance exercises to improve and maintain balance, and stretching and flexibility exercises to maintain and improve range of motion. The class is a comprehensive workout that helps with energy, strength and overall better health. Child care is not available. For more information, call Margaret at 913-710-4681. Cost: $5 per class.
